Former President Goodluck Jonathan on Monday visited President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
He was received by President Buhari in his office at about 2pm.
The former President was seen off to his car by his host about 10 minutes later after a brief closed-door meeting.
Dressed in his trade mark black Niger Delta attire with bola hat to match, Jonathan was driven in black Mercedes Benz jeep and a similar backup car.
The purpose of his visit was not disclosed.
The former President just returned from Tanzania as head of the Commonwealth Election Observer Group in the country’s general election.
Jonathan’s visit is the second time since leaving office on May 29 that he would be in Aso Rock.
