Three men were arrested by Delta State Police Command including a 70-year old, for alegedly defiling a 15-year old girl in Agbor, the administrative headquarters of Ika South Local Government Area of the state.
The men were identified as Mr Kenneth Okoro, aged 58 years, Mr Abolity A. Ogwu, 65 years, and Mr Paul Ogwe who is aged 70.
The mother told the police that her daughter (names withheld) was severally raped by the aforementioned suspects, "taking advantage of the state of her (victim's) health."
Mrs Celestina Kalu, the state command spokeswoman, a duty superintendent of police (DSP), said the three men were arrested following a report at Police Station Agbor by the mother of the victim, Mrs Patricia Oroyelu.
