A car driven by father in front of their residence in Kawaguchi, Saitama Prefecture, on Sunday killed his 1 year old daughter who died eventually.
It was gathered by the Police that Hiroyuki Kobayashi, 41, hit his daughter Chinatsu when he was pulling out of the parking lot beside his residence at around 12:30 p.m.
Kobayashi was quoted by police as saying he did not notice Chinatsu who was right in front of the car. Kobayashi was getting ready to go shopping with his wife and Chinatsu. The child suffered head injuries. She was taken to hospital where she was pronounced dead.
