The Nigeria Toastmasters’ Conference

That “everything rises and falls on leadership,” is a favourite quote of John C. Maxwell. Leadership without a deep commitment to personal development is a joke.
The law of the lid stated that personal effectiveness is directly proportional to leadership ability. Show me a great leader and I will show you a people and performance skills’ veteran. Is it your ardent desire to be proficient at conducting meetings, giving impromptu speeches, lead your team effectively, offer constructive feedback, improve your self-confidence and skyrocket your team’s morale?

Is your organization’s performance management system truly working? Is there a succession planning culture in your organization? Are your teammates delivering better sales presentations? Are you seeking to solve these problems and more at little or no cost, with the individuals taking ownership for their own personal growth? Welcome to the Toastmasters’ bus stop!
