3-year-old boy goes missing in Lagos


BOYLAGOS—A 3-year-old Boy identified as Olarewanju Babalola Obazua, has been abducted by unknown persons. The boy was reportedly abducted while he was playing with other children in front of their house on Ladipo Street, Ajegunle, Apapa, Lagos.

It was learned that the toddler who is a kindergarten two pupil of Flosilla Nursery and Primary School, was abducted Sunday, November 22, 2015.
Vanguard gathered that the victim’s father, Dayo Obazua, was not at home when the little boy was abducted.
But his mother, Mrs Maria Obazua, noticed the boy had gone missing at about 6pm when she came out to invite him to have his bath.
A member of the family told Vanguard: “The last time we saw Olarewanju, was while he was playing outside with other children. His mother was washing plates while he was playing outside with other children. By the time she was through with her house chores, the boy was nowhere to be found. We are pleading with anyone with useful information to contact us or the nearest police station.”
Vanguard learned that the case was reported at both Tolu and Trinity Police divisions on Sunday and later at Area B, Command, Apapa, on Monday.
